Online membership directory change coming in January

22 Dec. 2014

NAID members will want to take note of the new membership directory launching in mid-January. The new directory will be map based, displaying association member locations. The new directory also offers a high degree of consumer interaction, allowing consumers to filter the displayed results based on the qualifications they select.

“The current directory lists companies by large geographic areas in alphabetical order and only allows for a very basic search criteria,” said NAID CEO Bob Johnson. “The new directory is much more advanced and we expect it to become an indispensable tool for customers who wish to qualify their potential service providers.”

Additionally, the new directory will display the custodial services offered by members, meaning records storage, forensic recovery, imaging, and other data protection and management service can be found there as well.

The NAID website currently receives an average of approximately 20,000 unique visitors every month. That number is expected to increase markedly due to the new utility and versatility of the new directory.
