UTV News: UK ICO fines Belfast Trust £225,000

The UK Information Commissioner's Office has fined the Belfast Health Trust £225,000 for failure to protect the sensitive information of Belvoir Park Cancer Hospital patients. Approximately 20,000 patients’ medical records were discovered abandoned at the hospital, which closed in 2006.
