Key Member of Parliament to Address Joint Conference in November

As a testimony to the role of service providers in today’s data protection environment, one of the UK’s most visible and highly-regarded political figures, Lord Tom McNally, has agreed to address 2011 NAID-Europe/PRISM/ARMA Conference in London this November.

Lord McNally is currently the Minister of State and Deputy Leader of the House of Lords, and counts Freedom of Information, Data Protection, and National Archives among his primary responsibilities.

According to NAID-Europe Conference Chairman Lloyd Williams, responsible for securing Lord McNally’s participation, “We fully intend to have other high-profile speakers as we feel data protection issues have reached a level of relevance.”
