2013 NAID board election ballots distributed online

On Friday, March 1, all NAID active member representatives were emailed the 2013 Board of Directors electronic ballot. This marks the first time the association has used electronic voting for the election and the first time the official election was held before the annual membership meeting.

Only the official representative on record for active member companies is eligible to vote in the annual election. That name is provided to NAID on the initial membership application and updated as necessary when the company notifies the NAID office.

The email containing the ballot carried the subject line “Cast Your Electronic Ballot – NAID 2013 Board of Directors.” Official active member representatives who did not receive a NAID ballot should contact NAID Committee Management and Finance Administrator Janet Huff at Members are encouraged to inform NAID of any changes to representative contact information to ensure the most current information is recorded. Ballots will be accepted through March 20 at 12:00 a.m. (end of March 19). Eligible voters should submit their ballots as soon as possible.
