ARMA publishes article about customer due diligence

Many clients are unaware of the regulatory requirement to carefully select their downstream data vendors. Similarly, customers often don’t realize they are responsible for the actions of those employees, a responsibility that becomes more important in the absence of due diligence.

In the current edition of ARMA International’s Information Magazine, NAID CEO Bob Johnson describes requirements for vendor selection due diligence, including what it would look like and how it can protect customers from the consequences of service provider mistakes.
