INDIANA LAW OFFICE DISCARDS CLIENT FILES
A Goshen, Indiana attorney is ignoring calls after clients learned he had thrown out their confidential files, according to an article by Justin Leighty of the Goshen Truth published on April 2nd.
The report states that the files with paternity information, financial records, photographs and Social Security numbers were accessible to anyone.
The article also states that authorities are looking into the incident.
