A report posted to the website of the Canadian Broadcast Corporation on Thursday, March 20th states that the government will look into a report that blueprints for a new building for the military's counterterrorism unit were found in a pile of trash in downtown Ottawa.

According to the report, the Ottawa Citizen reported that a passerby discovered the plans for the layout of a new building to be erected at the Canadian Forces Base in Trenton. The blueprints were found on top of a pile of garbage on a busy street.
