MEDICAL RECORDS GONE WITH THE WIND
 
According to a report by CBS 6 of Richmond, VA, medical records tossed into a dumpster ended up very conspicuously littering the streets of the city on April 7th.
 
Investigators say that a bag full of personal medical information ended up in a dumpster that was eventually later hauled away by a garbage company.  When dumped, the bag evidentially broke, and the papers blew out of the truck as it made its way across town.
