SWENSON APPOINTED TO NAID ETHICS COMPLAINT EVALUATION BODY

Last week, the NAID Board of Directors approved the appointment of Paul Swenson of Citadel Information Management (Chicago) to the NAID Complaint Resolution Council (CRC). The CRC is responsible for investigating all allegations of ethical improprieties submitted to NAID. Based upon the findings of the investigation, the CRC recommends an appropriate response to the NAID Board of Directors. According to the CRC Guidelines, all seven members of the CRC must be approved by the Board to serve a 4-year term.

Swenson’s firm has been a NAID member-company since 1995 and is currently NAID Certified. Paul also served on the NAID Board of Directors from 1997-1998.

The vacancy filled by Mr. Swenson resulted when CRC member Tim Oberst of Ohio Mobile Shredding became NAID President on April 3^rd, 2009 at the NAID Annual Conference.
