FOLLOW UP: NO CHARGES IN CHATTANOOGA MEDICAL RECORDS DUMPING
 
According to an article posted on June 2nd to the website of the Rome News-Tribune (Rome, GA), no charges will be filed in the widely reported profile discovery of medical records in a public recycling dumpster small town outside Chattanooga, TN.

The records had been discarded by a family member of a deceased doctor.
