Long-time NAID Member-company, Connecticut-based Infoshred, LLC, has completed its move to a new, 70,000 square foot space, giving the company almost three times the room of their former location.  The company provides on-and-off-site document destruction services and records storage for Connecticut, Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

According to a release by the company, Infoshred’s new location will allow for even smoother office operations and storage for the more than 2,300 businesses, utilizing the company’s services that include destruction of everything from business records and microfiche to identification cards and pill bottles.  The firm reports that 20,000 square feet of the new location is dedicated to document destruction, while 50,000 square feet holds secured archival storage.  A media vault, where items are stored, encompasses 2,000 square feet that allows secured archival storage of magnetic media.  Also, included in the new facility is a comfortable viewing room where customers can actually see their records being safely destroyed.

Infoshred owner Stacey DiPiazza said, “This move has been instrumental in our goal of both growing the business and enhancing customer service.  The increase in space has allowed us to not only improve the efficiencies within our business office but also to provide even more storage and piece-of-mind to our clients.”  She added, “We take our customers’ need for security and discretion very seriously.”
