ARMA-Chicago and NAID Teaming Up for Regional Seminar

Collaboration continues between NAID and the Chicago Chapter of ARMA, International on a regional seminar on March 8, 2011.

The conference will consist of two tracks of sessions, one sponsored by ARMA-Chicago and another sponsored by NAID.  The ARMA track will focus on issues surrounding Cloud Computing, while the NAID track will focus on Data Protection.

The ARMA sessions include:

• Compliance in the Cloud
• Cloud Computing Challenges in the Law
• Working with IT to Implement Cloud Computing Technologies

The NAID sessions are:

• Who's Watching the Hen House? Screening Data-Related Vendors
• Crucial Elements of Compliant Data Destruction Policies
• Data Protection's Safe Harbor: Effective Training and Monitoring
• Data Breach Reporting: From Investigation to Notification

ARMA-Chicago is handling all event promotion, as well as the administration, exhibit sales and registration.  NAID will provide complete information on participation as it develops.
