Bookmark and Share

According to a report by Karlyn Tilley that aired on CBS-4 in Denver on August 6th, a hotel left hundreds of boxes containing personal information behind its office. After the report the boxes were moved inside.

It appears that there will be no charges filed in the incident, but authorities and security experts contacted as part of the investigation universally agreed that such lax security involving the handling of others personal information was extremely negligent.

The documents included full credit card numbers, color copies of drivers' licenses and social security numbers.
