FTC Invites NAID to Help Formulate National Campaign

The United States Federal Trade Commission has again reached out to NAID for advice and help. This time it is to help them develop and launch a new outreach campaign on avoiding identity theft. The campaign aims to enlist organizations and consumers in a nationwide education effort on how to deter, detect, and defend against identity theft.

NAID has been invited to participate in the briefing sessions in preparation for the launch which will be held in Washington next month.
