NAID Executive to Speak in Europe

Executive Director Bob Johnson has accepted two invitations to speak to influential audiences in Europe in April. On April 6, 2006 Johnson will speak in Warsaw, Poland to more than 300 corporate decision makers on the importance of secure information destruction from both the local and global perspective. Chris Brogan of Security International, Europe’s leading authority on the Data Protection Directives will also speak at the event that is being hosted by NAID’s only member in that country.

On April 11, 2006, Johnson will address the European Institute of Corporate Security Managers (EICSM) on the same subject in Stockholm, Sweden. The EICSM is an elite group of top security executives from the EU’s largest corporations.

Johnson will also meet with the Swedish Data Protection Commissioner while in Stockholm.
