Approved By-Laws Change Could Lead to Changes in Election

Bookmark and Share

The NAID Board of Directors have approved a by-laws change that would allow them to modify the time and place that annual elections take place. The approval, while effective upon approval of the Board, does need to be ratified by the general membership.

Currently, only companies present during the NAID annual membership meeting which is held at the annual conference may vote. The by-laws change allows the Board to consider voting mechanisms that will permit voting by members who cannot physically attend the meeting.
