'You are the Logo' focuses on marketing power of leader identity

Adams’ book is “You are the Logo” and it is no coincidence that is also the title of his presentation at the NAID 2012 Annual Conference on April 1 at 8 a.m. 

Adams points out that business success can be tied to specific people who embody the principles and missions of the organizations. This creates an opportunity to stand out.

“In any great industry, competition is a major factor,” Adams said. “Destruction companies are no longer winning business because they exist. They have to have strong positioning. Becoming the ‘logos’ for their businesses is a proven way to do that.”

In “You are the Logo,” Adams shows business owners how they can achieve that same affect in their local markets.

“Too often business leaders try to stay behind the scenes when they really need to be the face and voice of their business,” added Adams. “I’ve been studying the phenomenon a long time and have found what I believe to be some basic, easy principles for achieving it.”
