Exhibitors Support NAID-Canada Conference

Bookmark and Share

The NAID-Canada Conference scheduled for February 17-18, 2005 is off to a good start in one respect. Vendors are lining up to exhibit.

Event planners only expected six or seven table-top exhibits. A number that was exceeded virtually the moment the word of the conference went out. To date, NAID-Canada has received 11 contracts and interested vendors continue to make inquiries.

At this point, NAID-Canada is working on accommodating all the vendors that want to exhibit. There is some chance that a few will be turned away.

It is too early to judge whether the privacy community will respond with as much interest. The conference brochures are just reaching their desks this week. Planners are still optimistic that the event will successfully attract those with job responsibilities involving privacy compliance.
