NAID Certification Transfer Policy

Bookmark and Share

The NAID Board of Directors recently established a requirement for the transfer of NAID Certification in the event of a change in ownership. After April 1, 2003, if a NAID Certified location changes hands, the new owner is required to submit a letter within 30 days of the transfer of ownership, agreeing to continue to operate under NAID Certification standards, and also agreeing to recertify within 6 months or upon the expiration date of the current NAID Certification, whichever should come first. In the absence of such agreements, the respective locations will cease to be considered NAID Certified, and must remove all such references wherever they may appear.
