Consumer Research to Involve Member Input and Customer Focus Groups

NAID-Europe Director Bob Johnson used his recent visit to London to hold a planning meeting with the team at Circle Research commissioned to conduct the study.

As part of the study, researchers will conduct interviews with members in Spain, Holland and Switzerland.  The interviews with NAID-Europe member-representatives will be used to develop questions for the focus group interviews that will follow.

This project is seen as the first of several that will provide insight into the information disposal attitudes and behaviors throughout the EU.

This same type of research was done several years ago in the US, and helped shape NAID’s successful strategies there.
