Online discussions surge, prompting creation of social media guidelines

In case you missed the good stuff, industry professionals are urged to take a look at the amazing discussions unfolding on NAID’s LinkedIn page.

One discussion, started by Karen Metz, about government RFPs requesting “no-cost” destruction has fueled more than 20 thought-provoking comments.

With the increased participation in conversations on NAID’s Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter pages, the association decided to create and post social media guidelines for members and employees. The guidelines themselves are accessible through NAID’s social media sites.
