NAID Conference to Mark Change in Industry Direction

“We’re going to look back at the NAID 2011 Conference as the dividing point between the old secure destruction industry and the new secure destruction industry,” according to NAID CEO Bob Johnson.

Think about the initiatives being launched:

  • A new training video that will change the way members sell their services and change what customers expect from their service provider.
  • A new marketing program designed specifically for one lateral market (doctors), including a dedicated webpage, brochures, sample documents and targeted advertising campaign. 

According to Johnson, “These are not gimmicks; they mark the beginning of the way NAID will help members market their services using targeted campaigns aimed at specific opportunities and markets.”

The videoand marketing program are just two of the many innovations debuting at the Conference, including:

  • Equipment manufacturers doing some neat things to address client’s increased attention on particle size.
  • Versatility being added to equipment that allows it to work in multiple service platforms.
  • New containers that streamline service and add functionality.
