World Class outside Speakers at NAID 2011

Bookmark and Share

The NAID Annual Conference is becoming known for its amazing keynote speakers.  Last year, Frank Abagnale brought down the house with a presentation members are still talking about.

This year’s two keynotes, Ken Schmidt (the brains behind the Harley Davidson branding success) and Chief Richard Picciotti (the highest ranking firefighter to survive the World Trade Center collapse) are sure to have the same affect.

But there’s more.  This year NAID is also bringing in Burke Kappler of the Federal Trade Commission (FACTA, GLB, Red Flags Rule), and Peter Klein, who recently won an Emmy for his Frontline (PBS) documentary about the data protection and environmental risks associated with electronic scrap recycling. NAID 2011 Conference attendees will also hear from Kirk Nahra, editor of IAPP’s Privacy Matters newsletter (and one of the most highly regarded HIPAA/HITECH experts in the world) and Rob Tennant the Government Relations Attorney for the Medical Group Management Association (Doctors’ Offices), both of whom will discuss how attendees are positioned to capitalize on the new regulatory framework.

Of course, these are only 5 out of the 35 presentations at NAID 2011.

And there are still plenty of hotel rooms nearby and decent airfares too.

Advanced registration for the NAID 2011 Annual Conference ends next Monday.
