Personal Information Found in Cleveland Dumpster 
abc13.com March 18, 2011- The City of Cleveland discarded job applications containing personal information, including social security numbers, home addresses, and other identifying data. The applications were found in a dumpster across from City Hall, addressed to a specific Council Member. "Anybody could have picked this information up and I have kids and I don't know who could have got this information and now they know where I live," said Christine Latham, one of those affected by the careless handling of the data.
