Online registration for the 2013 NAID Annual Conference opened this past Monday at www.bitly.com/NAID2013. The three-day event will be held in Nashville, Tenn., at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center March 22-24, 2013.

“We’re so excited to be coming to Nashville this year,” said NAID CEO Bob Johnson. “The location is easy to get to, and Nashville has a charm and atmosphere that will strike a chord in NAID members around the world.”

Joe Calloway, author of the bestselling book “A Category of One” will be the keynote speaker at this year’s conference, “NAID in Nashville: Tune in for Success.” There will be sessions about social media, expanding residential markets, sales and marketing techniques, the current state of the destruction industry and much more. NAID selected Nashville for its small town heart and big city atmosphere. Known for its country music, historical buildings, beautiful landscapes and delicious southern food, Nashville is the perfect host city for NAID members and their families.

“Nashville is a unique city and in many ways reflects the family values of small business owners who work every day to provide for their families and employees,” said 2013 NAID Annual Conference Committee Chair Steve Richards, CSDS. “I know attendees will fall in love with this city just like I have.”

Those individuals who register for the conference before Feb. 1, 2013, will receive a 25 percent deep saver discount. Also, the hotel room rate for the NAID block of rooms is $184. Space is limited for the block so attendees must reserve their rooms as soon as possible. The room rate will expire March 1, 2013.
