NAID’s blog serves as industry resource

It’s been five months since the launch of NAIDnotes, the association’s official blog, and it is emerging as a unique industry resource that goes beyond its original purpose.

“Many thought a twice-a-week blog was going to be too rigorous,” said NAID CEO Bob Johnson. “But after five months and close to 40 entries, I can report that it has been a relatively easy pace to maintain.”

Looking back, Johnson said the blog has produced an unplanned benefit.

“We really did not see the accumulated blogs as reservoir of useful topics,” said Johnson. “But in hindsight, many of the topics we discussed have long-term, educational value to members and their customers. I can only hope members take advantage of this resource to educate themselves and their clients.”
