Downstream Data Coverage is proving to be an effective market differentiator. Members have attributed much of the increase in policies sold to the exceptional coverage it provides their clients.

“I think many people think of insurance as something you get and forget,” said NAID CEO Bob Johnson. “NAID members are surprised that having coverage they understand, and have confidence in, is actually an amazing sales tool.”

To make it easier, NAID provides brochures that explain Downstream’s differences and value of those differences, to the customer.

“How many insurance products are actually positioned as a market differentiator?” added Johnson.
