NAID Video Successes Mount – Major University to Add to Employee Training Tool

NAID learned last week that, after a demonstration of the NAID Customer Employee Training DVD, a major Midwestern university is adding the tool to their overall employee training program, making it required viewing.

The member who notified NAID of their success, added that, based on the video, the university is now considering going to a “shred all” program.

“It is very gratifying to hear about these successes,” says NAID CEO Bob Johnson. “We said all along that the message in the video would not only help customers with their training requirements, but, because that message is so compelling viewers of the video would become better customers who understand the gravity of the issue.”

Johnson also stated that the biggest challenge is getting sales people motivated and comfortable with the using the video.
