NAID Director Don Gerard, CSDS of Land Shark Shredding in Bowling Green, Kentucky, was appointed the leader of a new task force. Members of this new task force will develop a program to welcome new members to the association. The decision stemmed from a discussion at the face-to-face NAID board meeting held last week in Smithville, Tennessee.

“NAID added over 100 members in the last year,” said Gerard. “I felt it was important that new members speak with a colleague rather than a staff member. I am glad my colleagues agreed and I am proud to lead this initiative.”

Complete details will be provided as the task force progresses. The purpose of the member outreach program will be to introduce new members to the association’s many resources as well as provide them with a point of ongoing contact from someone who has walked in their shoes.
