A feature article in the upcoming NAIDnews magazine provides an in depth look at some of the ambitious projects the association will take on in 2016.

“NAID has a long history of tackling difficult and complex initiatives,” says NAID President R. Stephen Richards, CSDS of Tennessee-based Richards & Richards. “But even by those standards, the projects on the association’s plate for the coming year represent unprecedented opportunities.”

Among the projects described in detail in the upcoming edition of NAIDnews are the digitization  and indexing of the NAIDnews’ in depth archives, creation of a web-based certification application and renewal process, additional compliance monitoring tools for members’ customers, the publishing of the first Information Disposition textbook, the introduction of information disposition into university level Management Information Systems (MIS) course curriculum and finally the conversion of the Downstream Data Coverage to a Captive member-owned program.

The fall edition of NAIDnews will be mailed this month.
