NAID 2016 Conference Update: Presenters, Expo, Discounts

December 23, 2015

DISCOUNT: NAIDDirect readers are reminded that the biggest discount on NAID 2016 Conference registration expires on Dec. 31. Before the deadline, registrants will save $200 per person. Anyone already planning to attend should take advantage of this savings. Conference planners have also found great airfare rates for those willing to plan ahead.

EXPO: Even though the event is still more than 3 months away, booth spaces in the industry’s largest dedicated trade exposition are running low. Just as exciting, a number of exhibitors are planning on unveiling their latest and greatest innovations at the event.

PRESENTERS: The planning committee is hard at work adding new speakers and panelists. Though there is a lot of excitement surrounding the appearance of keynote speaker Capt. Richard Phillips, the committee is proud to have engaged expert presenters such a Bill Moore of Moore Associates, Dale Mitchell a Principal of The Mitchell Group, Bob Baird the Executive Director of ARMA International, and Deborah K. Green, RHIA, MBA, the Chief Innovation and Global Services Officer of the American Health Information Management Association.

Several traditional favorites such as Tom Adams of Flourish Press and Angie Singer Keating of Reclamere, Inc. will also presenting again this year.  In total, there will be more than 40 speakers and panelists presenting at the event.

Readers are encouraged to visit the NAID 2016 Annual Conference and Expo website for regular updates.

Blog/Session Examine Independents Pursuing Nat’l Accounts

NAID has begun a series of blogs highlighting many of the educational sessions that will be presented at NAID 2016.

The latest addition to this series discusses a session that will explore how networks of independent service providers can effectively pursue national accounts.

“Some people think it’s as easy as building a website, while others think the whole idea is impossible,” says NAID CEO Bob Johnson. “In truth they are both wrong. It is possible but you need the right ingredients.”

The objective of the session is to examine successes and failures of others.
