DocuData to unveil smartphone technology at NAID 2016

Smartphones are replacing PDTs in the shredding industry.  NAID 2016 exhibitor DocuData has created a new smartphone app called rcMobile and are unveiling the key features of the new app at this year’s event.  Conference attendees are encouraged to stop by DocuData’s booth (#215) to see a live demo of the innovation and learn how by using your smartphones, you can boost your shredding efficiencies.

DocuData’s ShredSoft is the newest software offering for the secure destruction industry, using rcMobile to automate purge job processes, recalculate the amount due when clients add or remove items for destruction and validate how jobs can be corrected and confirmed on-site. 

And it will also reveal how drivers can process credit card payments with their smartphone.

A release from the DocuData promises to demonstrate other features of rcMobile, including how it can

●     Instructs drivers of the next stop on their route;
●     Allow drivers to can scan and validate all bins and consoles;
●     Provide drivers with details of each job; items for pick-up & drop off.

DocuData will be at the NAID Expo booth #215 for a live rcMobile demo, starting at 1:00PM Thursday, April 7 and continuing throughout the day, and all day on Friday, April 8 as well.
