A lot of ingredients are required to make a successful NAID conference.  It requires a finely tuned schedule, filled with plenty of time for exploring the exposition, quality educational sessions and networking.  The educational sessions must be timely and provide useful information that translates into more profit. The Expo has to be filled with leading suppliers ready to unveil the latest innovations. And then, there’s the facility, with session near the expo and registration and a truck lot that is close and conducive to traffic.

All indications are that the NAID 2016 Conference Committee hit it out of the park. The event, attracting 675 participants, has received nothing but rave reviews for the quality of the presenters and panelists and the schedule that, as one attendee put it, “minimized useless downtime while not being overly rushed.”  The truck lot and expo hummed with activity throughout the event and both the general and breakout sessions were well attended right up to the close.

One attendee remarked that the keynote session felt more like a rock concert as nearly all 675 attendees showed up to hear Capt. Richard Phillips tell of his horrific ordeal at the hands of Somali pirates and what he learned about the inner strength in everyone.

"Through the annual conference, NAID provides data destruction professionals an excellent forum to expand their network, identify new and changing industry trends and markets, and improve business strategies. We have attended several NAID conferences and always come away excited with new ideas and tactics to share and implement.  Each year NAID advances our industry in strides and all of the providers benefit from it." - Ryan Lynch, Vice President, Records Management Center

"If you are in the Document Disposition business you need to be a NAID member.  The support and information that we receive from our NAID Membership is outstanding and invaluable." - Andy Bright, Randy's Environmental Services

"Amazing conference, amazing people, amazing life long contacts. Thank you NAID 2016" - Shawn Hannon Green Office LLC.

"As with most industry style conferences, it takes just one idea sometimes to make the conference successful for you.  In the case of NAID, there are many opportunities to capture ideas on several levels; service, sales, operations, financial.  The opportunity to meet your peers from across the country open up new business options as well." - Steve Sturgeon, Confidential Data Destruction
