NAID installed its newly elected board members during its annual membership meeting on April 8, 2016. The meeting was held in conjunction with the organization’s annual conference, which attracted approximately 700 secure destruction professionals.

The newly installed NAID board of directors include, President, Don Adriaansen, CSDS, of Doylestown, Penn.-based TITAN Mobile Shredding, LLC., President Elect, Eric Haas of A.R.M.S. Inc, located in DePere, Wis., Past President, Mr. R. Stephen Richards, CSDS, of Nashville, Tenn.-based Richards & Richards, and as Secretary, Patrick DeVries, CSDS, of DeVries Information Management based in Spokane, Wash.

Newly installed Directors include Gina Lentine, CSDS, of Assure Shred in Ringoes, NJ, and Brock Miller, CSDS, of AccuShred NW in Gresham, Ore.

And finally, reinstalled as Vendor Liaison, Vladimir Vasak of K-2 Partners, LLC based in Villanova, Penn.

The installation of officers reflects the results of the recent NAID board election held electronically in March.

During a board meeting following the official installation, the NAID Board approved the appointment of Glenn Laga of Guardian Data Destruction based in South Hackensack, NJ to fill the director's seat vacated by Pat DeVries who was elected Secretary.

NAID President Don Adriaansen, CSDS says an active board of directors is one of the keys to NAID’s long record of success.

“The fifteen members of the board clearly represent a healthy cross section of the industry,” says Adriaansen. “I have learned from experience that these professionals take their responsibilities very seriously, which in turn translates to a strong and successful association.”
