Customers are magnetically drawn to expertise. NAID CEO Bob Johnson is suggesting two ways for members to do just that.

1) The NAID Writer’s Challenge: NAID members are invited to suggest topics they feel would benefit customers, their colleagues or the industry at large. If he agrees, he will work with the member, including co-authorship, to get that article placed in a major industry publication.

2) NAIDnews, the association’s quarterly journal, is always looking for good content. Members are encouraged to send in anything from an idea for a future article to a fully completed manuscript. NAID will promote such contributions on social media and in NAIDDirect. Members can then share these articles with their customers and prospects, further establishing their expertise.
