On May 25, a contingency of NAID members were present at Rowan University - Burlington County campus in Mt Laurel, NJ as Lieutenant Governor Kim Guadagno provided ceremonial signed copies of law and took pictures.

Red Tape Commission was the advisory commission that assisted NAID in eliminating the unnecessary requirements on mobile hard drive shredding in the state.

According to NAID President Don Adriaansen, CSDS co-founder of TITAN Mobile Shredding based in Doylestown, PA, there is good reason to celebrate.

“This is an example of NAID going to bat for its members, and though it benefited mobile service providers,” said Adriaansen, “it corrected a situation that arbitrarily prevented customers from deciding their own hard drive destruction preferences.”
