Inquirehire is excited to roll out a new assessment platform at the NAID 2017 Annual Conference in Las Vegas.  The platform enables Inquirehire customers to develop customized scientifically researched behavioral, skill and competency based assessments that can be built around any position.  With access to over 100 scales measuring anything from reliability to work ethic, customers can build a library of assessment specific to the positions in their organization.

Inquirehire is taking a unique approach in offering customers another tool to use in the selection of elite performers.  According to Inquirehire President Jim Sweeney, “Assessments are an inexpensive way for companies to identify top performers.  When everyone is competing for top talent in any position, a company needs to take that extra step in the hiring process.  Hiring a bad employee is costly.  Assessments are the only tool that have proven to predict performance.”

Assessments can be built for any position including drivers, warehouse personnel, supervisors and office staff.  Inquirehire will be offering free trials and special pricing to those who stop by booth #312 in the exhibit hall.
