NAID 2018 Exposition Sales on Fire

Largely due to the success of NAID 2017, exhibit space for next year’s NAID Conference in Nashville is selling at record pace.
“There are nearly twice as many spaces already reserved as there were the same time last year,” says NAID Promotional Events Sales Manager Tracy Tarlton. “It’s very clear that because of the last year’s busy show floor, the vendor community is even more excited about this year.”
Tarlton is mostly concerned about making sure no one misses out. “Some exhibitors are used to the standard timeline and are already finding space limited,” says Tarlton. “There is a real possibility that they could wait too long.”
The success of last year’s MWMA Conference, which shares the exhibit space, adds to the increased demand. “While there are a number of traditional NAID exhibitors who sell into the medical waste management side of things, there are other medical waste management vendors who are only now discovering the event,” says NAID CEO Bob Johnson. “Those new exhibitors are now vying for the limited exhibit space.”
Exhibitors who have not yet reserved space in the NAID 2018 exhibit hall are urged to act quickly. All exhibit and sponsorship opportunities should be directed to Tracy Tarlton at
