NAID Peer Groups Open for Enrollment

While only a small percentage of member representatives have participated in the Peer Group Program launched a couple of years ago, those who have swear by them.

Every month or so, groups of 6 to 8 member reps, not in direct competition with each other, hold conference calls to discuss industry issues and challenges they face.  Topics range from handling a problem with a customer to how to deal with an employee problem.  Every once in while, at their request, special guest subject matter experts are invited to shed light on particular areas of concern or interest.
