Excitement Building for 2010 NAID Annual Conference

Even though the 2010 NAID Annual Conference is still 6 months out, excitement is already beginning to build. According to conference planners, much of the excitement is due to the fact that the event will be held in Las Vegas for the first time. Adding to the excitement are tangible signs that an economic recovery is in the works.

Conference planners say that advanced sales of exhibit space has always been a strong leading indication of interest in the event.  Exhibit sales for the 2010 event have increased significantly over last year and are expected to result in the biggest trade show in NAID’s history.

“Convention planners know that Las Vegas typically draws 10 to 20 percent more attendees,” says Annual Conference Chairperson Susan Casias. “When you combine that fact with the subject matter and new networking opportunities we are planning, we expect to exceed all expectations.”

The theme of the 2010 NAID Conference, “Safe Bets: Risk Reduction as a Strategy for Sustained Success,” was chosen to reflect the location of the event and to emphasize that the sessions are aimed at identifying the strategic elements of success in today’s marketplace.
